A graduate of the Art Institute of New York, David worked at Duane Park Cafe under Segi Maida and The Independent with Steve Lyle, both of which were located in Tribeca, New York. He also worked alongside Dean Willis at Salient and The Grove in New York. In 2002 he moved to Wakefield, Rhode Island where he worked for Jamie Dwyer at the Caylillies Bistro. He now lives in Newport, Rhode Island with his Girlfriend Lynn. Dave worked under Chef Rizwan at the The Hourglass At Vanderbilt Hall in Newport and has come to join him as Saucier at the New Hourglass Brasserie in Bristol.
